I am part of an exclusive Cooperative of quality minded fishermen-owner’s that bleed each fish to prevent bruising, float it in refrigerated sea water, and deliver to tenders for processing to our shore-based plant for immediate processing. These current handling practices are considered to be the Best Practices in the salmon industry, period.
What that means to you is quality that you can taste; firm red flesh, no bruising, and all pin-bones removed. I personally guarantee each and every sockeye portion or fillet will meet or exceed your expectations, and look forward to your positive feedback.
